Apply a little aloe vera gel onto your face as a part of your daily routine before your moisturiser, every morning and night, and wait for the results. How easy is that! Aloe Vera gel can be bought from any good health shop and some high street pharmacists.

Instead of an aloe vera acne mask you can use aloe vera gel as a cleanser. Soak the gel onto a cotton wool pad and apply to your face using upward strokes. Rinse off with warm water.

• 30 ml aloe vera gel

Blend aloe vera , olive oil, rosewater and ylang ylang essential oil, together in a food processor before mixing in the oats. Apply to skin for at least 15 - 20 minutes. Rinse with warm water.
