Exercise The Rosemary Conley diet isn't just about food, Rosemary Conley herself is a great believer that even a slim person can only stay healthy with a good amount of exercise. Take a look at how much exercise you get every day and step it up if you need to. Go swimming, cycling, walk the dog, go to an exercise class, even run up and down the stairs 20 times a day. Any exercise is good and will help you in your anti wrinkle skincare routine. Drinking water is essential for life and will help your body work to its very best. Make sure you get enough. Wrinkle ErasorCombine equal quantities bran, bicarbonate of soda, water and mix to paste. Apply to the face (patch test first). Add a heavier layer over wrinkles. Leave 30 minutes, wash in tepid water to which a little apple cider vinegar has been added.
