Aromatherapy Carrier Massage Oil

homemade beauty recipes

This table of aromatherapy carrier massage oil can hopefully simplifiy the minefield of carrier massage oils out there in the market today. Essential oils are very powerful, concentrated substances that should never be applied directly to the skin because an adverse reaction may occur. However, by blending these oils with a carrier massage oil it's diluted to a strength that the skin can benefit from it.
