Avocado Anti-Wrinkle Mask Recipe
Avocados are also a great anti-ageing food, providing vitamin E helping to alleviate menopausal hot flushes and maintain and prevent skin from ageing prematurely. There is also some evidence to suggest that they reduce cholesterol levels. Great anti-wrinkle foods :
Avocado can itself be used as a face mask by mashing with a fork to a pulp and applying immediately to your face, neck and shoulders. Remember to peel the avocado first. Our mask, which also includes honey and egg yolks, gives extra nourishment, hydrating and healing.
Avocado Mask Recipe
Use the mixture immediately, applying to your face, neck and shoulders. Leave for at least 20 minutes before rinsing with warm water. While you have your mask on you should be relaxing with one of our cooling eye masks. Listen to your favorite music, read a good book or try meditating. Finish by toning your face with rosewater, completing with a moisturiser.
