Who doesn?t like the explosion of a bath bomb in a warm bath?

mango mambo bath bomb Bath bomb recipes - Who doesn’t like the explosion of a bath bomb in a warm bath? Make it that little bit special by making a Mango Mambo Bath Bomb. Step into your bath, lie back, now take a deep breath while you take your Mango Mambo Bath Bomb into your lungs. Can you see, hear and feel the beat of the bongo drums inviting you to swing your hips under the Hawaiian sun?

Bath Bomb recipes are fun. Why not involve the kids? It will keep them amused and make bath time loads of fun.

Mango Mambo Bath Bomb

  • 3 tablespoons of Sodium Bicarbonate
  • 1 tablespoon of Citric Acid
  • Mango fragrance
  • 5-10 drops of orange colour
  • Witch hazel
Sieve the sodium bicarbonate and citric acid and mix in a bowl. Add the colour and fragrance slowly so you get the right blend for you. Now spritz lightly with witch hazel. Mix together until the mixture when squeezed doesn’t crumble. Press into moulds. The bath bombs should be taken out of the mould almost immediately and placed on greaseproof paper. Leave them to dry for at least 48 hours.

Jasmine Bath Bomb

Jasmine bath bombs are as gorgeous as the plant itself. Dark green leaves and a small white star-shaped flower, which when picked at night have an wonderful intense aroma.

The therapeutic properties of Jasmine oil include: anti-depressant, aphrodisiac, anti-spasmodic, antiseptic, stimulant and emollient.

If you are pregnant you should avoid making a Jasmine bath bomb.

  • 3 tablespoons of sodium Bicarbonate
  • 1 tablespoon of Citric Acid
  • 5 drops of jasmine essential oils
  • 5-10 drops of light green colour
  • Witch Hazel

When you are making bath bomb recipes, you could experiment with your own choice of aromatherapy oils and colours.

  • 1 teaspoon of finely grated orange peel
  • Witch Hazel

Mix together until the mixture when squeezed doesn’t crumble. Press into moulds. The bath bombs should be taken out of the mould almost immediately and placed on greaseproof paper. Leave orangeball bath bomb (s) to dry for at least 48 hours.
