Camomile Cleansing Milk - Enjoy the benefits of a natural cleanser without it costing you a fortune.
This milky cleanser is quick and easy to make and is ideal for sensitive skin or normal skin. Buttermilk and camomile have one thing in common - they both have soothing properties. Buttermilk can be bought from supermarkets or from health stores; however if you find it difficult to buy then replace it with ordinary milk. How do you know if you have sensitive skin?Camomile is one of the most useful herbs in the beauty world because of its anti-inflammatory and anti-irritating properties Sensitive skin reacts readily by flushing, going red or blotching to products that irritate. These products could be anything from harsh chemicals and perfumes to the gentlest essential oils and floral waters. Before trying out anything new on your skin always do a small skin test by placing a few drops of the product behind your ear or on your wrists where the skin is delicate. Leave for 24 hours. If you find the area has gone red or you are scratching the area then you are most likely sensitive to the product.
