Chocolate protects the skin by breaking down free radicals and has anti-ageing, anti-oxidant properties. It’s packed full of magnesium which is a stimulant for progesterone, a hormone which drops each month making premenstrual women anxious, grumpy and causing many breakouts in the skin. Magnesium is ideal for controlling hormone breakouts. Soaking in a bath of chocolate may help pre menstrual tension.
Honey is brimming over with natural antioxidants which play a vital role in protecting the skin from ageing prematurely and from the
damaging rays of the sun.
Coconut milk promotes
beautiful skin by protecting against free radical damage that causes ageing.
