Apple Cider Vinegar Bath (ACV)

An apple cider vinegar bath is a wonderful way of restoring the skins ph balance quickly. The skin's acid mantle can often be destroyed by the harsh soap, chemicals and cosmetics that we use everyday. It’s also an excellent way to ease itchy skin caused by eczema and other skin conditions.

Mild sunburn can be soothed by soaking in an ACV bath for 15-20 minutes, making sure the water is cool otherwise you may feel you are on fire. You can also use cotton wool to apply directly onto the sunburn without diluting.
