Cucumber Cleansing Mask - This lovely cleanser will reduce inflammation, nourish and hydrate your skin. Just like a mask it is left on the skin for 20 minutes before rinsing to allow time for the products to work. The combination of cucumber with its anti inflammatory properties, the healing power of honey and the cleansing actions of cream make this a powerful cleanser. It can be used on all skin types but is especially helpful for damaged skin such as acne, wind or sun damage. If you are at all concerned about acne or sunburn it goes without saying you should visit your doctor.

Sunburn Face Mask This mask is excellent for mild sunburn on your face : it’s also excellent to use on dry, damaged or inflamed skin.

Acne Face Mask Fuller’s Earth is deep cleansing by removing impurities from the skin and is especially helpful for skin which is prone to spots, blemishes and blackheads.

Cucumber is anti inflammatory, cooling and hydrating

Honey is healing

Cream contains lactic acid which is an excellent cleanser balancing the ph of your skin

Chamomile is soothing

Cucumber Cleanser

While your cucumber cleanser is on relax with two thin slices of cooling cucumber over your eyes.

Ingredients

¼ cucumber
2 tablespoons of runny honey
1 tablespoon fresh full cream
1 drop of chamomile essential oil

Instructions

Step 1. Puree the cucumber using a liquidiser or blender.

Step 2. Mix the honey and cucumber together

Step 3. Add the cream to the honey/cucumber mixture

Step 4. Add 1 drop of chamomile and gently stir

Step 5. Apply the cleanser to the face and neck area using cotton wool or cosmetic pads. If you have sunburn then rinse of the mask using cold water.

Step 6. Leave for at least 20 minutes before rinsing off with warm water.
