Exfoliating body brush - The skin is the largest organ of the body and the largest area where waste and toxins are disposed of. Waste is a substance the body has used and toxins a substance the body has no use for. Skin brushing will help improve blood circulation and lymphatic circulation which encourages the body to get rid of waste and toxins.
Exfoliation happens naturally all the time. Dead cells flake off our bodies daily leaving room for new fresh cells underneath. In fact, as you’re reading this, thousands of tiny skin cells are falling off your body. So why do we need to help this processes along? The dead cells, although disregarded by the body, can hang around on the skin leaving it dull and listless. How can we help this process along?

mitts, put a bar of soap
inside the mitt and gentle massage over your entire body while showering. Pay careful attention to your upper arms, thighs, bottom, heels and elbows.
Oily Skin and Exfoliation
