Honey and Vinegar Facial - two powerful healing ingredients

I warm up some honey (preferably organic) GENTLY as you don't want to burn your face. Then I spead it all over my face with an old makeup (foundation) brush. Lay down for about 10 minutes and put some cucumber slices on your eyes. Be sure to protect your hair and sheets and the honey will run a little. Then take a

clean washcloth, as hot as you can stand and place it over your face, letting the honey just steam into your skin, then gently wipe it off.

Then fill a CLEAN sink with water as warm as you can take it. Youdon't want to burn yourself, but you want to get those pores opened up. Add a couple of tablespoons of organic apple cider vinegar. Splash your face at least 30 to 40 times. Pat dry and moisturize! Your skin will feel fresh, clean and toned!
