- 1 banana
- 1tbls honey
- 1 small carton of low fat natural yogurt
- Ice cubes (optional)

Mix the above in a blender and drink immediately.
Rasp Smoothie - about 150 calories
- 1 handful of raspberries
- 1 small carton of low fat natural yogurt
- 1tbls of honey
- Ice cubes (optional)
Mix the above together in a blender and drink immediately
Yum Smoothie - about 250 calories
- 1 orange
- 1 banana
- 1 mango
- 6 grapes
- Ice cubes (optional)
Mix the above together in a blender and drink immediately
Sweet Fruit Smoothie - 130 calories
- ¼ melon
- ¼ pineapple
- Ice cubes (optional)
