balanced so it has no open pores, no blemishes or oily areas. In fact it’s perfect and you only need to maintain normal skin. However you will rarely find someone with perfect skin unless they are 5 years old. As we get older even the most perfect skin will become drier.

Wash your face in warm water. Pat dry with a soft towel to absorb any residual water. Don’t rub your skin around the eyes, we don’t want to encourage any wrinkles.

Wake Up Wash
Wash your face in the morning with yarrow tea. It will leave your skin wonderfully clear and soft to touch,
Skin Scrub
115g cornflour
55g wheat flour
115g dried milk powder
Rosewater to form paste
Blend a little of the mixture with rosewater to form a paste and gently massage your face for a few minutes. Store the remaining powder in an airtight container.
Warm the rosewater in the microwave for 10 seconds and dissolve the honey in it. If it requires further heating to help dissolve the honey put the rosewater back into the microwave for a further 10 seconds. Add the witch hazel and camomile essential oil and pour into a dark bottle with a stopper. Apply to your face using a cotton-wool pad and wipe gently over entire face and neck area.
