Pomegranate Face Mask and Antioxidants

A pomegranate face mask is great for mature skin or to put it another way anyone over the age of 30. I can hear you gasp, "but I am not old at 30," and that is of course correct, but your skin has begun the slippery slope of ageing and now needs a helping hand to stay young and fresh looking.

Pomegranates are full of antioxidants which help fight free radicals. Free radicals are electrons which as the name says are free to travel and attach themselves to cells where they cause damage such as premature ageing. Antioxidants reduce this from happening. You can give your body a helping hand by eating food full of antioxidants.

Don't just use a pomegranate face mask but eat pomegranates as well and you will be well on the way to winning the battle against those little blighters called free radicals.

In our masks we have added honey because of its great moisturizing, softening and healing properties. Honey is just such a great all rounder.
