beauty soap and bubbles

The following recipe was submitted by May

Oats Face Mask This is a really simple face mask. There's only two ingredients which we often have in the house. It's really easy to make, and of course it costs hardly anything. It will leave your skin feeling lovely, smooth and silky soft.

Ingredients

  • 1 - 2 tablespoon plain yogurt.
  • 2 tablespoons uncooked fine porridge oats.
1. Mix the oats with the yogurt, ensuring that the oats 'melt' into the mixture.

2. Mix thoroughly until you have a smooth creamy mixture, adding more yogurt if you want to get that creamy consistency.

3. Put the creamy mask over your face and neck, but make sure it doesn't go near your eyes. (This is best done while you're enjoying a lovely bath)

4. Relax for a few minutes allowing the mask to soak into your skin.

5. When the mask has dried, rinse it off gentle with warm water, avoiding pulling the skin.
