Problem Skin Oil

problem skin oil

Problem skin oil - Hormones play havoc with our skin as teenagers and young adults, causing all sorts of problems, such as acne. A few unlucky people can still experience acne into their forties. Putting oil onto an oily skin does not sound like a good idea. However all skin, no matter what kind - even oily skin - needs a little help balancing itself. By using the following oil daily, you will reduce the oil on your skin by letting the skin believe that it has produced enough oil for your skin's needs.

Lemon is an astringent oil which will help reduce sebum, lavender will calm and help the healing process of angry red acne, and cypress oil is anti-bacterial and an astringent.

If you suffer from acne you should give your face a steam facial at least once a week using chamomile or lavender to help reduce redness and inflammation. The steam will help keep your pores from blocking with excess sebum and keep them clean, reducing infection.
